Before committing, every athlete gets a free 30-minute call where we assess:

  • Strengths & areas for growth

  • Mindset & confidence challenges

  • Recruiting goals (if applicable)

  • Training & recovery habits

After the call, I’ll design a customized mentorship plan based on your needs.

Step 2: Personalized Sessions

Each athlete’s plan is unique. Your mentorship may include some of the following:

  • Mental Skills Training – Guided mindfulness meditations, pre-game routine analysis, visualization, journal prompts, goal tracking

  • Physical Wellness Plan – Specialized yoga/mobility plan, nutrition help, recovery and injury prevention techniques, habit tracking

  • Film Analysis & Recruiting Guidance – Skill breakdown, highlight reel help, decision making skills.

Step 3: Train, Grow, and Succeed

Once we start, you’ll have ongoing support and guidance tailored to your journey (weekly meetings + ability to call/text me during working hours).

In-Person Training (Portland/Hood River – Limited Time!)

1-on-1 sessions in:

  • Yoga for athletes (mobility, breathwork, flexibility)

  • Agility & plyometric training (explosiveness, speed, vertical jump)

  • Sand volleyball training (movement, power, game-specific drills)

$60 per session – Available until August
